2.2. All payments for booking the turf must be made in cash or through third-party payment gateways available on our platform. Slip N Slide does not store any credit card or payment details.
3. Privacy and Data
3.1. Slip N Slide respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process, billing, or registration will be treated confidentially.
3.2. Slip N Slide does not sell, share, or disclose anyone’s private contact details provided during the booking process or any other registration to third parties.
3.3. We may use the provided contact information for communication purposes related to your booking, updates, or promotional offers unless you opt-out from such communication.
4. Turf Usage Guidelines
4.1. Users are expected to respect the turf facilities and fellow players.
4.2. Slip N Slide is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during your time slot. Users are advised to play responsibly and follow safety guidelines.
4.3. Any deliberate damage to the turf or facilities may result in additional charges and legal action.
5. Cancellation and Refund
5.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked time slot for a full refund.
5.2. In case of cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked time slot, the refund amount will be subject to Slip N Slide’s discretion.
6. Modifications and Updates
6.1. Slip N Slide reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of its services, including turf availability and pricing, without prior notice.
7. Indemnity
7.1. By booking a time slot, you agree to indemnify and hold Slip N Slide and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the turf facilities.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
